There are numerous domestic and international flights to Newark and from it as well making it one of the busiest airports in the United States. It contains three modern, renovated terminals: A, B, and C. Terminal A is for most US domestic flights and some flights to Canada. Terminal B is chiefly for international flights. Terminal C is used exclusively for Continental Airlines domestic and international flights.
With its AirTrain, Newark connects the Newark airport to the New Jersey Transit and Amtrak services, making Newark Airport convenient for millions of travelers each year. Passengers can connect to the regional transport hub at Penn Station in New York City and to New Jersey Transit’s North Jersey Coastline and Northeast corridor rail lines.
There are many buses to and from the surrounding cities that can be used to get to Newark airport. There are express buses to and from the New York Port Authority bus terminal and Grand Central terminal in New York City. There is also a bus to and from JFK airport. If driving, exits 13A and 14 off of the New Jersey Turnpike can used to access the airport. Within the airport is a Marriott hotel, and there are several places to stay close by.
